A larger-diameter hose for the most demanding sections of the system. The Gardheaven TBPA80BAR3/8 hose is made of polyamide, measures 3/8 of an inch, and is rated for high pressure up to 80 bar. The 100-meter roll allows for the installation of extensive, professional-grade systems with few joints.
The 3/8-inch size is suitable for main lines and sections where the design requires a higher flow rate than that provided by 1/4-inch tubing. Using dedicated straight, L-shaped, and T-shaped fittings, end caps, and reducers, it is possible to construct a well-organized circuit and, where necessary, transition to distribution lines of a smaller diameter.
The nominal pressure of 80 bar provides an adequate margin for compatible high-pressure Gardheaven configurations. However, the choice of hose does not replace hydraulic sizing: the machine, operating pressure, lengths, branches, number of nozzles, and elevation differences must all be evaluated during the design phase.
To preserve the internal cross-section, the hose must be installed without any kinks, constrictions, or excessively sharp bends. Cuts must be made perfectly perpendicular; each end must be inserted all the way to the stop, and the line must be secured with 3/8-inch clamps at regular intervals. A leak test must be performed before normal use.
TBPA80BAR3/8 is suitable for new installations, expansions, and replacements in compatible systems. The 100-meter package offers design flexibility and allows you to create sturdy, clean main lines that are ready to meet the demands of a professional system.
