It delivers high pressure to the spray points via a compact line. The Gardheaven TBPA60BAR1/4 hose is made of polyamide, has a diameter of 1/4 inch, and a pressure rating of 60 bar. It comes in 100-meter rolls to create extended circuits while reducing the number of joints.
It is designed for compatible professional configurations in the Comfort series, which operate within a range of 20 to 60 bar for cooling, mosquito control, aromatic barriers, and aromatization. Its small diameter allows for discreet installation along pergolas, fences, walls, hedges, and other structures, keeping the circuit close to the dispensing points.
The hose can be used with 1/4-inch Gardheaven fittings to create straight connections, elbows, branches, end caps, and nozzle holders. Pressure, line length, flow rate, and the number and diameter of the nozzles must be specified in the design to ensure consistent performance.
During installation, it is essential to avoid sharp bends, crushing, and sections under tension. Each cut must be clean and perpendicular; the end must be fully inserted into the fitting, and the pipe must be secured at appropriate intervals. Before commissioning, a leak test must be performed at the specified pressure.
The TBPA60BAR1/4 combines compact size, space-saving design, and compatibility with Gardheaven high-pressure components. A professional choice for new installations, expansions, and replacements, when a neat, organized system is needed that can handle pressures up to 60 bar.
